When we talk about prototyping programs, the most important question is not “how to make a prototype?” but “why we need a prototype?”. Nowadays a prototype has to be considered as a piece of a jigsaw that includes virtual simulation, digital mock-up design, hardware in the loop testing .

Metal Forming and Welding
Metal forming involves bending and welding a flat sheet of stock metal to a shape required for production.
Danisi’s automated equipment is designed to form any piece of stock metal to meet product specifications. And as for welding, we have the most sophisticated technologies available and the pro-active approach to support our customers in many different field: from one-off ambitious programs to innovative concepts, from racing cars to prototypes

- Certified welding capabilities: TIG/MIG and spot welding for steel, TIG/MIG for aluminium
- Prototype and low volume stamping

Casting, forging and machining
Core manufacturing processes employed within Danisi include precision casting, forging, and machining of alloys. We can provide prototypes and produce low volume components in steel and aluminium by machining from solid block forged and casted raw parts. We can forge everything. Even desire.
Integration and Assembly
We follow each step of the assembling from sub-systems to complete cars in our 8 independent assembly bays (4 in Nichelino and 4 in Modena), coordinating the different phases of the development program and harmonizing the effort of technical partners, technicians, performance engineers.
We also have in-house engineering competences to integrate electric and electronic in the complexity of the single vehicle architectures and data streams.

Model Shop
In Torino we have a 400 sqm model shop for technical mock-ups and small style design models (interiors, engine covers, exterior add-ons like spoilers, bumpers, rear view mirrors, lights and headlamps). We can carry out race car body modifications and produce aero-kits and prototypes of interior and exterior trim parts. Because each vehicle is like no other. Exactly like any customer.
Quality assurance and measuring technology: firm but fair
We have cutting-edge measuring and testing technology in order to support step-by-step our construction processes and to ensure the proper level of quality
Our temperature controlled quality LAB and our two state-of-the-art FARO CMM portable scanarms do their best to certify a wide range of products, taking care of the thousandths of a high precision mechanical component or scanning the surface of a body part.
