On the 2nd of January 2007 Danisi Engineering signed a joint venture agreement with DC Design of Pune, India (www.dcdesign.co.in). DC Design is the first Indian company in car design and coach-building. The joint venture is finalised to give to DC Design engineering and marketing support in Europe and to start a Danisi Engineering manufacturing facility in India. The commercial responsible for this joint venture is Mr. Walter Luigi Vinci.

From November 2005 Danisi Engineering S.r.l. joined, as founder member, the CO.M.I.T. consortium and Mr. Giacomo Danisi, Danisi Engineering CEO, was appointed CO.M.I.T.’s CEO and Technical Director by the consortium’s board of directors.
