Danisi Engineering offers a 1.200 sqm workshop specifically set-up for prototyping activities and able to service any size and kind of vehicle. In house facilities are available to make or modify components by machining, metal sheet building, TIG and MIG welding of steel, aluminium and titanium according to industry standards, spot welding. A separate tool-room can provide dies and gigs for metal sheet stamping and assembly of most automotive components. Clean and well organised assembly area, with high attention to instruments and tools calibration (i.e. periodical torque wrench verification). We have access-controlled areas to ensure security to sensitive projects and to maintain client confidentiality while working with different customers at the same time. Any kind of prototype and low volume production at our facility undergoes strict quality control procedures and any delivery has enclosed full quality and traceability documentation, according to client specifications.
