During the developing of a new platform, Danisi Engineering can support the engineering activity from a very early stage. While our client’s engineers are working at mass production oriented design, our design department works in a parallel process to obtain as soon as possible a running prototype to perform the first handling and NVH tests and to have a first packaging verification. At a later stage we will supply suspension assemblies according to the final design but produced with prototype tooling, giving to our clients the possibility to make a final design verification before to start a very expensive tooling phase with mass production suppliers. Finally, Danisi Engineering can give support during the pre-production phase co-ordinating components suppliers, managing the quality control procedures and assembling suspensions sub-assemblies.
