CRF, Fiat Research Centre, gave us, as project manager, the responsibility of prototyping an innovative multi-material chassis for high-end sport cars. This chassis is made of a central carbon fibre section and one front and one rear sub-frames, both made of aluminium and titanium components. Danisi Engineering was developing the process engineering with appropriate technologies to produce a one-off, made all the metallic components and assembled the prototype.
